Professional Background
Wendy S. Ellis Green
Partner
Wendy Ellis Green has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over 10 years and has a strong background in Marketing and Marketing Research. Wendy’s career titles have included Product Manager, Marketing Manager and Marketing Director. Her therapeutic area concentration has been Cardiovascular, however she is also knowledgeable about Gastroenterology, Rheumatoid Arthritis and Osteoarthritis. Wendy's sales and marketing creativity is balanced by a dual Bachelors degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.
In Wendy’s role of Product Manager, she had the opportunity to evaluated the client use and effectiveness of promotional databases. With her pharmaceutical sales and marketing knowledge, Wendy was able to immediately recommend and implement changes to data collection SOPs to increase the accuracy of the promotional data. In addition, Wendy assisted with several methodology modifications designed to prepare the way for future product enhancements.
With the combination of IT and pharmaceutical data and analytics knowledge, in 2001 Wendy developed and delivered the first e-commerce, pharmaceutical data tool to the industry. This web-based prescriber database tool allowed users to purchase and download lists of prescribers according to specific selection criteria. Users would make selections according to their needs, purchase the list, then, within 48 hours, receive their uniquely-defined list of prescribers. The prescriber list contained prescriber demographic information and prescription (product and market) data. Wendy oversaw the successful launch and training of this product and it is currently used by more than 40 pharmaceutical companies in the US.
Throughout Wendy's career, she has been driven by the customer satisfaction in the service she provides. This passion has grown and has been increasingly realized by her clients and personally satisfied through her work as a consultant.
Tish Baldez
Partner
Tish has enjoyed a successful 20-year career of diversified experience in sales management, project management and sales in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries which includes working for several of the worlds leading pharmaceutical companies.
Tish's strength lies in her ability to facilitate opportunities for others to work successfully together. Having served as a leader in a matrixed business environment, Tish applies her knowledge of and experience in successful collaboration with P31 Consulting's clients to ensure their individual, team and corporate success. Tish has designed and led effective cross-functional teams, managed technical, non-technical and sales professionals, and managed multimillion dollar budgets. The successful design, implementation and management of a drug information center for an innovative pharmaceutical company is one of her many credits.
Tish regularly designs and facilitates domestic and international training/performance improvement programs with specific emphasis on leadership, consulting, business development and sales. As a Bridges Certified (Change Management) Instructor, Tish is qualified with both the certification and a proven history of successful implementation of organizational transition initiatives.
An added skill that P31 Consulting's clients find invaluable is Tish's Power MS Excel and VBA programming skills. While serving in consulting leadership/management roles, Tish has leveraged these skills to manage the design and implementation of custom database applications, assist clients in automating data processes and improve administrative processes for technical professionals.
